LINER® warrants that for a period of 1 year from date of shipment from
LINER®, the product, equipment and parts
(collectively referred to herein as “Product”) will be, under
normal use, free from defects in material and workmanship
provided, however, that this warranty does not cover, and
shall not be liable for, any malfunction, damage or wear
caused by faulty installation, misapplication, abrasion,
corrosion, inadequate or improper maintenance, negligence, accident, tampering, substitution of non-QWIK
LINER® components parts or products,
improper storage, or other misuse. All warranty claims must
be made in accordance with “Warranty Claims” below.
QWIK LINER® agrees to assign to Customer whatever
LINER® may have under any warranty,
expressed or implied, of any supplier or manufacturer or
Product sold by QWIK
LINER® but not manufactured by
to the extent assignable.
QWIK LINER®'s entire liability and Customer's
exclusive remedy under this warranty will be to repair, or
LINER®'s option, to replace without charge, any Product which
determines to be defective within the scope of this
warranty. In the event
is unable to repair or replace a defective Product within a
reasonable time after receipt,QWIK
LINER® shall credit Customer with the
original purchase price of the defective Product.
WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER
WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
To make a warranty claim, Customer must comply with the procedures stated herein, which
are designed to protect both the Customer and QWIK
LINER®. Customer must call a QWIK LINER®
representative to place warranty claim. Equipment, parts or
product returned without proper authorization will be returned
to Dealer at Dealer's expense.
Upon calling QWIK LINER®,
a representative will determine whether Customer should ship the
equipment, parts or product to QWIK
LINER®. Upon receiving items, inspection of the equipment, parts or
product will be determined whether there is a defect covered by warranty. If there is
a defect covered by warranty,QWIK LINER®
will pay for the shipping of the return and/or replacement. If
QWIK LINER® determines that the equipment,
parts or product are not covered under the warranty, Customer will be responsible for all
ITEMS FROM THIS CATALOG MAY BE ADDED, DELETED, OR SUBSTITUTED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. EQUIPMENT
